Also, I'm writing this blog for my mom, so that when I go to visit her, she's not lost without onions. :)
I'm a mom, have a full time job downtown with a crazy commute, and barely have time to cook. Therefore, my recipes are not gormet but are usually one-pot meals that get everyone fed quickly.
After doing the full elimination diet and adding foods back in, I realized that oggliosaccharides and specifically fructan are problems for me. I’m also lactose intolerant. So most of my “low FODMAP” recipes could also be called, “low-fructan, low-lactose” but that’s not as fun to say.
If I actually keep up with this blog, this will be ENTIRELY different from all the other recipe blogs out there. ZERO ads, and ZERO ten-scrolls-long stories about what this recipe means to me. You don't care.

I'm also planning to just take pictures of my index cards where I write down recipes and post them, because that's easiest. And super simple.
Yours truly,
Laura
